About Tiffany Green-Mikell
Tiffany was born and raised on the south side Chicago. She received a Bachelor’s of Art and Science at Western IL University, and obtain her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in direct practice with families and children from Chicago State University. Tiffany has over 17 years of combined experience with social service and clinical work. Tiffany has had the honor of serving at risk children and their families all over Chicago and Northwest Indiana in a variety of capacities. Tiffany is formally trained in variety of traditional therapeutic interventions, but truly enjoy utilizing holistic, expressive art and wellness interventions like meditation, movement, mindfulness and trauma informed yoga.
Tiffany has facilitated trauma informed yoga and wellness groups at the local library, school, group home, detention center, and one on one with clients. Tiffany has also partnered with Purdue and Tulane University. Tiffany has taught as a Mental Health Practicum instructor, and as provided clinical supervision for Purdue’s counseling students. Tiffany has partnered with Tulane University as a site supervisor and field placement for social work students and clinicians in training. Tiffany is a mom, partner, daughter, aunt, sister and friend. She enjoys making easy amazing vegan meals, hiking, yoga, dancing, strength training, running, and completing obstacle course races. Tiffany enjoys empowering others and sharing her journey in wellness, movement, and mental health.
About Suzanne Fox
Suzanne holds dual certifications as a pediatric nurse practitioner and pediatric mental health specialist. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from Indiana University. Her passion in pediatric nursing led her to advance her career, obtaining her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama. Throughout her years as a pediatric nurse practitioner in a booming rural primary care office, gaps in mental health care became evident. She has continued her education and insight to provide the best, comprehensive care within this young population. She wants children and adolescents to have a voice in their care, empower their thoughts and feelings, as well as provide holistic care alongside the family, school, and provider groups. It is important that children, adolescents, and teens embrace their full potential so they can lead healthy, meaningful lives.
Suzanne resides in Indiana with her husband, three children, two dogs, one cat and two guinea pigs. She enjoys spending time outside whether hiking, lounging on the beach, or enjoying the views of the Ohio river.
About Cheryl Groth
Dr. Cheryl Groth is a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in medication management for those experiencing mental health concerns. She works in partnership with her patients and families to help them achieve the most effective medication regimen with the fewest side effects. Cheryl enjoys working with patients across the lifespan and treats a variety of different disorders.
Cheryl has 16 years of nursing experience and received her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through Vanderbilt University in 2019. Cheryl completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree through Vanderbilt University in 2022. Cheryl has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities. Cheryl also has experience as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Purdue University teaching mental health nursing to undergraduate nursing students.
